The cheesy potatoes are great but the brisket and burnt ends are too die for, new favorite KC BBQ!
My husband and I ordered burnt ends, brisket and pulled pork for a party this past weekend, and everyone raved about the meat. It was tender, lean (no big blobs of fat--everything was nicely trimmed), and so flavorful! Best part: no sauce, which allowed our guests to choose from the selection at the buffet according to their own preferences. We have always ordered from a different, well-known BBQ restaurant, but Fireside is our new go-to for any catering we might need.
I had the privilege of having Fireside BBQ catered for training today. The beef and pulled pork was phenomenal, and those beans were unbelievable! Highly recommend this place - I'm looking forward to stopping by their location for lunch or dinner sometime soon.
