Best ribs I have ever eaten! Friendly staff and dang good food!
I had pretty much given up trying to find an edible brisket in KC. Glad I tried one more place. The brisket was actually pretty good. It was the first brisket in KC that tasted like it wasn't an afterthought or drowned in sauce.
Ate their for the first time tonight. Had a pulled pork sandwich and cheesy potatoes. Was a top notch meal and should have no problem keeping up with the "big" BBQ boys around town.
Food was great and even as busy as they were it didn't take too long to get it and get seated
Wandered in randomly as a part of my KC BBQ pilgrimage and was quite pleased! Awesome meats, very solid sides and very friendly staff as well. Owner said he'd been competing in BBQ for several decades and it shows. Will absolutely return (I'll bring friends next time)! Best of luck to the Fireside crew!
Brisket and pulled pork were perfection. Sides were excellent, I can't pick a favorite but we tried them all. Burnt ends, ribs and turkey were also wonderful! We are definitely coming back!

Hands down the best BBQ around. Remember to try the cheesy corn.
