Just had Fireside catered in because Jack Stack couldn't. Oh my am I happy for that mishap. Amazing BBQ. You do not need their awesome sauce, but you should try some anyway. Cheesy potatoes are great, the coleslaw is perfect and those beans are out of this world. You must get the burnt ends.
We stopped in for the first time last night. I always ask about burnt ends. You all blow them out of the water ! 3 of us had burnt ends and my daughter had a BBQ sundae which was great as well ! Will definitely be back. I just wish you weren't 45 minutes away from us!
Fireside is bar far, THEE best place in KC for BBQ!!! They just catered our wedding on 9.15.17 and I am still getting compliments on the food! Thank you Fireside BBQ for providing quality service, delicious food that was very memorable for all our guest!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for lunch, dinner or catering!! So glad our son & daughter-in-law chose Fireside BBQ to cater their wedding. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! The food was exceptional and we were so pleased with everything! We were especially delighted that nearly all of the side dishes are gluten-free. WELL DONE!!!

Great BBQ for a great price. Very friendly atmosphere there and such yummy food! They have some of the best BBQ beans and burnt ends in town in my opinion. I eat there all the time and have told many people about this place. A+!
