Outstanding burnt ends! Beans and fries were great, too. Fireside BBQ is the kind of lesser-known KC gem that can impress your BBQ fan friends.
The food is simply awesome! The owner is an amazing and super nice guy that takes the time to actually get to know his customers and shares some great stories! It is the exact opposite of all the big chain places, you can come here and just relax, unwind, enjoy a home like environment without all the crazy crowds and noise. It will always be my go to place! Thanks for the great stories on Thursday night, it was very nice talking with you!
