I went during happy hour and could not get service for drinks or food. The server didn't seem to mind at all and when I finally got an order in it was passed happy hour so I ordered off the regular menu. The cowboy burger looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a bit and it was completely salty. I will never go there again

We love this place, me and my wife come here pretty often and service is excellent, drinks are awesome and food delicious, best place in the Northwest in my opinion!!!

Our first visit last week, dinner salads OK with egg, my kabob dinner was fine, husbands rib eye was thin horrible for a steakhouse and price. Chris, the server was very attentive, we're not cheap, but won't be back. It is large steakhouse decor and noisy, so, not for quiet couple dinners.
We were just there last night. It was the worst experience there yet. They forgot our appetisers. Didn't give us a choice if we wanted it still they just cancelled it and said dinner would be out in a minute anyway. I got the beercan chicken and it was soooo dry. I couldn't get it to go down. I had to gulp my iced tea to get it unstuck from my throat. They forgot my side baked sweet potato. When they brought it the skin was black. This was the fourth time going there and only the first time was good. Never going back again.
I was at firerock yesterday for the first time for breakfast the service was bad the waitress couldn't remember the order in the food was lousy I go to breakfast with a group every other Sunday and we had planned to have breakfast there I am totally going to fire rock again for breakfast
My husband and I have been here several times. I have has something different every time delicious hubby always gets prime rib he loves it. Great drinks, atmosphere and we love it. It is nice to finally have a place like this way out here in NW and so close to us.
