Ive gone here multiple times both with family and by myself for lunch and dinner and i have always loved the food and the staff. One of the servers John who I had tonight is the best of the best. He went above and beyond the call of duty with me tonight and if there is a pinnacle of service that can be achieved then he has already done so. FireRock, you better hold onto this guy.
It was just OK, but somewhat disappointing. I would not return. Very noisey inside. The waitress was annoying trying too hard to please, and also failing to do so at times. I want professional service, not a long lost best friend. My salad I asked for thousand Island dressing. I could hardly find more than a few drops here or there. Baby back ribs were good, but not as tender as expected, nor as moist. I had to ask twice for more barbecue sauce.
Good food, fair prices, nice ambiance, and not so fabulous service...unless you want to really (and I mean really) take your time.
