Our experience with FirePro has been extremely disappointing. For more than a month, we’ve been trying to get a straightforward fire panel issue resolved so we can complete a Fire Marshal walkthrough and move into our space. Instead of real progress, it’s been constant delays and the issue being pushed down the road.
