We’ve used the Fireplace Doctors since a few years ago. They do our inspections and cleanings at least once a year.
I would never recommend the Fireplace Doctor. They didn't show up during the appointment time and when I called the lady told me they rescheduled me for another date months out.
I had an appointment and the company never showed up or even bothered to call. I tried calling them for days on end and all I got was a busy signal. I checked their BBB rating, it's a D-. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Horrible horrible! Scheduled an appointment then they called and rescheduled for a month later. I left work two hours early for the appointment. When I called after they no-showed they said they were "down" a technician and wanted to reschedule two months later. No thank you! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
