We purchased a fireplace insert from these people back in February of 2017. They have still not completed the installation! Do not trust your hard earned dollars to these people! Save yourself the grief and buy elsewhere. Even our neighbors are not happy with them. We’ve both have been dealing directly with the owner. He is an awful business person.
