We had called originally to have a quote to repair a leak spot in a room that appeared to be from water coming up under a shingle. Matt looked over the area of concern and was great. He eventually did a full inspection of the roof. He said it looks like it would be a good for us to file a claim because of other factors. He met the insurance adjuster at the property the day of the inspection.
