Very professional staff!!!! Nice upscale dining experience and the food was so delicious. Everything I tasted was amazing. I would love to take my wife here when I come back on vacation.
They over charged my credit card!! I had a bill of $17, and was charged $80 instead. I have called 3 TIMES where the manager said they'll get it worked out and call me back. It's been two weeks and still nothing.
Great food, service, and ambiance! The wine was especially outstanding. Loved the asparagus with prosciutto! ...It's a hip, classy lounge thats convenient to the mall and hotel!
The food was very good. The service was excellent. If not for being in a group I would probably not visit as it was too upscale for my normal type of place.. that said you should try it!! Overall good experience!
Great service, delicious food, the best atmosphere. I had the fish n chips and Mac n cheese...OMG!!! So delicious.
We went here to eat for the Mother's Day brunch. Even during a crowded time our service was speedy. Our waiter was on point! They even seated us when we checked in a bit earlier than our reservation time. P.S. They serve the best mimosas. Thank you from the Franklin's.
