Ordered 2 subs on line went to pick up waited 20 minutes for the order , I get home and they gave me wrong order. So I decided just to have what they gave me. The subs were drowning in mayonnaise. The worst food I have ever gotten . Dislike Jimmy John's but they look great in comparison. Don't waste your time or money.
I've never had a negative experience with Firehouse Subs until I encountered this terrible location. It's near my home so I gave it multiple tries in case they were having an off day and I'm sorry to say but each experience was worse than the last. The most irritating thing is how long the food takes to come out. I ordered 3rd of 3 people in the store at a slow time. 4 employees working. My sub took 18 mins to come out. A previous time it took 15 mins and the sub was incorrect. I love Firehouse Subs, but this location sucks.... read more
