I love supporting our firemen and women , the sandwiches are always delicious. Jason gave me awesome customer service! Kind and with a sense of urgency. Please give him a raise and promotion.
Se me hace una falta de respeto que con pedidos online ellos te den menos de 50 gramos de carne y no sé cómo reclamar este problema el día de hoy me siento muy decepcionado y estafado cuando otros días este sándwich está lleno de carne, y tampoco me dieron pepinillos aparte porque según no tenían qué clase de establecimiento es ese
I havent gone to Firehouse at this location for awhile now, because of customer service and to be honest the prices. I went today and had the best experience. The gentleman that waited on me was excellent. His customer service was the best I have dealt with really anywhere I have been. Kind, friendly, attentive and simply an amazing personality! Thank you for my experience! The Sandwich was great too!
Just had the best customer service ever at this restaurant! Was greeted and served promptly and continued with friendly convo while my food was being prepped. Granted there weren’t a lot of people in there so it was fast service but Gabrielle (I’m assuming she was the manager) was incredibly welcoming and was actively TEACHING her newer employees what to do to be more efficient! I will be back for sure! Thanks for the great experience! And as always my sub was delicious and filling!
