We were at the Firehouse Sub on University around 7:30 pm..placed our order..5 staff behind the counter..there was 1 other customer..when we finally got our order it was 8:30 pm and there were 9 customers waiting for food. One customer who apparently knew some of the staff behind the counter stood at the counter and talked to the staff..distracting them from doing their job. This entire experience was unacceptable.
