Ordered the "Club on a Sub" Sandwich Cold not Hot.... just the way it comes, except no mustard... The sandwich itself was fresh, bread, meat etc. But it was poorly put together. It looked good on tray handed to me but actually eat it was a different story. Turkey was bunched up on 1 side and literally the whole sandwich just was falling apart trying to eat it. The last two times I’ve come here on a Sunday around 1:00. Only two people working and they have told me it would be a 20 minute wait because of mobile orders. So they prioritize mobile orders over customers standing in front of them. I go down to east bay deli and they have atleast 8 people working and I can get my food within 5-8 minutes. FIREHOUSE NEEDS MORE EMPLOYEES AROUND LINCH TIME. And maybe an employee that only works with mobile orders. It will be a while before I give firehouse another try
