A sub shop is supposed to be a quick place for lunch. It took 30 minutes after we ordered, for us to get 2 subs. Absolutely ridiculous.
The food here was pretty good, however the service was very slow due to only 2 of the workers actually working. What appeared to be the shift manager spent most of the time while we were there soaking the mat in front of the drink machine. It seemed like he was trying to unclog the drain, and was successful in doing so. The issue was when he left the huge puddle of water there, with no Wet Floor sign and didn't even attempt to mop it up!! There was even another employee that filled up his drink and walked out!!
