Very slow service
Don't be in a hurry at lunch time. Seems like it was extra slow the day we visited. The food was ok. I ordered extra pickles and paid for them, they didn't put one in the order. I'll give them another try. However don't go there if you're in a hurry. I also recommend to check your order before you leave.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Fire House Subs. Despite walking in with no line, we waited over 35 minutes for our sandwiches. It seemed like to-go orders were being prioritized over those dining in, which left us frustrated. Had we known about the extended wait time upfront, we would’ve made a different decision about staying. Ordered online and the one sub was supposed to be ready at 12 pm. I ordered online because I had to commute an hour to get somewhere important. Walked in at 12, only to wait another 15 minutes. That 15 minute wait made a difference for me, so my kid missed her lunch period by half the time they have to eat. Thanks Firehouse!
