Great customer service and quality rentals. Listens to concerns that are made about your living space and makes it a priority to get the issues addressed or corrected!
Good luck getting a response in any time frame. Found a possible rental on a Monday. Called Tuesday morning left a message both morning and afternoon. Filled out the online form for a request for a tour several times. Finally get a response sometime over night to call the office. So I called the office every hour on the hour from 9am till 1 pm. Nothing. Get a response later at night saying it was no longer available. Unfortunately if you see this name on a rental move on to the next. Horrible communication!!!!!
