The Firehouse Brewing Company has been crafting beer in South Dakota for 25 years - making us the oldest operating brewery in the state. The Firehouse mushroom Caps filled with crab meat were awesome! We had great service & were seated immediately. The homemade root beer tastes like black licorice- so don't get it unless you like that. Nice place.

We had great service and great food! The ahi tuna salad and calamari was delicious! We come to Custer every year and have made this our annual stop!
This place is over hyped. The food was awful & over priced for what it was. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich (can't go wrong with that, right?) I was wrong. My husband order the the specialty gumbo (featured on Rachel Ray) and it sucked. Won't trust her again! The service was ok and the atmosphere is cool. But it is a tourist trap!
My husband and I enjoyed our recent visit to Rapid City and made 2 trips to see Firehouse Brewery. Spent the greatest amount of our trip here on all kinds of goodies. The only thing I see that is wrong is not enough items available to purchase on online store. Very nice employees and the food was great !
