I don't go to Firehall 4 for normal veterinary business. However, today, my dog accidentally jumped onto a fishing rod in the car and got a fishing hook stuck in her leg. The staff were very friendly, and made time for us right before closing on a Friday. My dog was very comfortable with being handled by the staff and they quickly removed the hook and provided pain medications and antibiotics. The cost of service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Firehall 4 Animal Hospital.
We recently moved to the Athens area and had to find a new vet. The vet who has treated our family's pets for 20 years recommended Firehall 4 Animal Hospital to us, and we could not be happier. They have been so friendly and attentive. I love how they have a sign out front welcoming the pets being seen for the day and how everybody there already knows our pets by name. We had to take Elvis in for a little problem and saw Dr. Peterson, loved her and the staff. They were all very nice, attentive and explained everything.
Thank you to everyone at Firehall 4 for making myself and my Lily Bear feel like family. Everyone is so kind and is more than willing to go above and beyond for me and my whole family. I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else!
