I walked in very confused and unknowing if I should stay blonde or go dark. Taylor was patient with me while I showed her the millions of pictures in my phone and she gave me advice and listened to what I really wanted. My sister just went to the salon for a consultation. She wanted to have the lilac color in her hair taken out to a blonde. The lady she spoke with told her it would be $450.00 & that she couldn't make any promises it would even come out good?! What gets me upset is how she said she felt like she was being judged by them and how they kept telling her how bad her hair was. I was a longtime client and was usually thrilled with the results. However, during my last visit I had such a bad experience that they have lost my business for life. My stylist (amber) kept telling me how awful I looked when I came in and how overdue I was to see her because of it. I had an undercut that I was trying to grow our for 10 months and asked her not to cut it and she did. I have been a client of Firefly for over 8 years, and will not trust anyone else to touch my Hair! I love my stylist. The girls are professional, educated and ethical, not to mention sweet and fun to be around if you are waiting with color on your head:) I am also a huge fan of the shampoo bar, with the head massage and massage chairs. Delicious! Christina runs a tight shop, and it is a wonderful salon. I have recommended it dozens of times.
