Heather was AMAZINGGG! I spent a long time there (double process) , she was attentive, gentle,and knew what she was doing. I always take a couple days to "get used" to new hair, but this is bomb outta the gate!
I went in today and had heather do a spiral perm for me and I have to say I love it you did a great job and it looks like I finally found my hair salon thank you again heather I really appreciate it �
Yesterday was my first time getting my hair done at Firefly. Kellie, was my stylist. I have never left a salon more happy then I did yesterday. My hair couldn’t have came out more beautiful! Not only is she a great colorist, but just a great person in general. Very happy I went to Kellie!!

Heather normally does my hair and is the reason I am a customer at Firefly. She is so patient when I say I have no idea what I want, but my hair too long. Today I went for my scheduled appointment, but Heather had to take an unexpected day off. I assumed I'd have to reschedule, but they happily placed me with another stylist. Kelly made me feel comfortable and I am really happy with the cut she did. The massage chairs are a nice bonus too!

The entire staff at Firefly is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with any questions I've had and they also recommend the best products that last me for a while and help my hair immensely. I've been getting my hair done by Taylor for about a year now and I never would've thought I could be so happy with the color and have it feel so healthy at the same time!
Lastnight was my first time getting my hair professionally colored. I was nervous at first, but once Kellie spoke with me about my hair and what color I wanted, I felt so relaxed. She was patient with me and did an AMAZING job on my hair! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get what they pay for. They do a great job and I'm beyond happy with the results!
