Firefly Medical in Liberty Lake demonstrated a serious decline in care and professionalism after my provider left the practice. Communication became inconsistent, forms provided were inaccurate and legally inappropriate, and there was no meaningful continuity of care. Rather than supporting patients through a provider transition, the office relied on unclear processes and rigid cancellation policies that did not reflect the level of service being delivered. Highly recommend Firefly Medical Group and especially Dr. Nicole Lovat. Firstly,, Dr. Lovat gave my father a new lease on life, and there really is no way to show enough gratitude for that gift.
