Just had an absolutely horrible dinner at firefly. One person had the fillet, which was totally tasteless and the manager ended up offering him a different dinner. (No cost reduction whatsoever was ever offered and the service by the manager was extremely disappointing.). Two of the other meals, (out of four), were also extremely disappointing. Great service and awesome food!
My wife and I visited Firefly this evening and ordered the Full Moon (shrimp tempura) sushi roll as an appetizer. This roll was served with shrimp inside that was not thoroughly cooked. We pointed this out to our server and then the manager. Shortly after, the owner came over to speak with us. He told us that all shrimp in their rolls is “pre cooked” and did not even want to acknowledge or look at the pieces, just saying it was cooked.
