Tonight was our first visit to Firefly. It was amazing! Food, service, atmosphere-everything. We will definitely be back and ask for Lance!!
I'm a bit of a food snob and try to eat relatively clean and healthy. Salad was mixed greens with julienne carrots and Mandarin sliced cucumbers - was delicious. Had salmon with Ratatouille and purple sweet potato with arugula pesto. Desert was creme brulee which was fabulous. My dining partner had pork shank and mini key lime pie which was amazing as well.
We had a separate room to keep our party of 18 together. The service was wonderful, and the food was good. The menu was full of options and they do also have specials. I would look forward to going again

Nice and relaxing atmosphere!
I have to say I was a bit disappointed in our Valentine's dinner. Three of us ordered the center cut filet and all three came out at the wrong temperature. Mine was medium rare and I ordered medium, however the quality of the filet was so nice I had no issue eating it. One person had to send his back THREE times and the fourth filet was over done but the rest of the table had finished our meal, so... My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at this outstanding fine dining restaurant last week while visiting Panama Beach City. Our experience was so memorable and exceeded all of our expectations. First of all, our server Jeff was attentive, friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable about the menu choices and wine menu.
