Food was delicious. I am allergic to onions and informed the waiter. However, there was a mix up in the kitchen and my dish arrived with onions. The owner came to the table and stated, "Ladies, I am trying to understand the problem. I have two perfectly good dishes that I have to throw away and I want to know why." First time at Firefly this past weekend, though we've been to PCB several times. We had a lovely night. The food was superb, and the service outstanding. Our waiter, Hank was not only attentive but helpful in making menu selections. And the other wait staff were great. Our son is a CIA trained chef, so we have had well prepared food in the past. We're locals here and try to come as often as possible. We've had nothing but the best service, food, experience every time we've been in, but last night was exceptional. The glasses were kept full, Hank did a superb job of taking care of us. The food was all prepared perfectly and was the best meal we've ever had there, and that is a big statement. Thanks again for a fantastic night with our out of town guest.

The management and staff are to be commended. My son's wedding rehearsal dinner was one of the best catered experiences I've known. We had a party of 66 and everyone raved about the food and the wait staff. I as the host wanted to create a special memory as a gift for my son and the bride to be.
