The food was very good. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Had slight issue, onion skin in the rings, which we weren't even going to comment on. The waitress stated she would tell the manager. He was at our table within 2 minutes to apologize and offered us compensation on our visit. Wow! The service alone will bring me back.

The food was delicious. The service not so good. I can't blame the waiter but we did not get our food when promised. Our drinks took forever and the waiter apologized saying that it was supposed to come out. Ditto with the bread. Food took a long time too.
We were there celebrating my daughter's birthday - the service was horrible . We sat outside and never felt more ignored as I did there. One of our drinks spilled and a waitress saw it and walked back into the restaurant. No one came to clean it up. We were never asked if we needed refills. Food was ok - when it was time for our dessert they came with one correct order and some other random dessert. It took forever to get the correct second dessert. Your wings have been reviewed and recommended by Real People Eating Food: It's time for the 'Wings of the Week!' This time RPEF hit up the Monmouth Mall and enjoyed ourselves the Smoked Chicken Wings at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Firebirds smokes them for two hours and covers them with buffalo sauce and serves them with Blue Cheese dressing and celery. So, make sure to check out Firebirds in Eatontown for some tasty wings!
