It was slow and our food took a really long time. I was done with mine before the last of it came out. No communication between the server, kitchen or manager. Not going back.
Business response:
Hi Todd - thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We're so sorry to hear that you did not receive the level of service we are known for and aim to deliver. I will be sharing your review with our leadership team and I'd like to have our regional manager contact you directly to learn more. Will you please reply or send a private message to facebook.com/firebirdsgrill with the best way to contact you offline? Thank you.
I love this restaurant. The food is always wonderful and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The meal was perfect from the atmosphere all the way to the unbelievable dessert! Thank you for the great evening 💕
Great service food was just okay!!
Very delicious, great environment and fast service also with reasonable prices .❤️
Worst experience don’t wanna go into detail. Our food was compt after getting it late, cold, with a hair in it. I’ve never written a bad review before and I actually feel bad writing this one. Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful area but I won’t be back.
Business response:

Their summer citrus chicken tostada salad was delicious, and Bianca was a great server! 👍🏻
Happy Hour (4-7pm) was great! 1/2 off Bar Bites and Happy Hour drinks menu. I went two weeks straight! Invited my friends and we all love it! Definitely will go back!!
We love that place. Eric was great server. Prime rib, rare in Orlando, is excellent!
Service and food were excellent!! We will be back for sure .
