I have had great experience with firebird central they have treated me well. Always had the items I needed, shipped all my sheet metal on one pallet. Complete front end and doors, no damage. Great job by everyone who was involved. Big thank you
I was pretty disappointed in Firebird Central's customer service after purchasing used seats that were described as excellent. They arrived with rusted broken seat bottoms. After complaining and missing calls from one another for about a week, we got things worked out. Shawn took care of everything by telling me that he would send replacement parts and restored my faith, which is what anybody should expect from a reputable company. I went there today, great people and great service. Everybody was super friendly. I still need many more items and thats where I definitely plan on buying my parts. I would highly recommend this place of business. I worked with Shawn and he was professional and knowledgeable.
I have only ordered a couple times from firebird central. They have nice humble people with good customer service and good quality parts. They don't rip you off with shipping prices. They sent me a firebird calendar a firebird central sticker, and a daily bread tract with my order. I will be be ondering more parts from them.
A very fine company. Lots of great items at good prices. Great service and quick shipping.
