Update: We terminated Our services with Fire Safety First but they locked our fire monitoring panels and are refusing to unlock the panels effectively preventing us from transferring services to another fire monitoring service. I had agreed (on accident, due to numerous emails, which were confusing) to allow Fire Safety First to inspect my fire extinguishers. They charged $230. The problem, I had already had them inspected a week prior. Fire Safety First claims that they would only have done the "service" on the fire extinguishers if it had been needed.
