We manage a commercial plaza in Lake Forest and we use Fire Safety First for our fire protection service. They recently informed us that our system was issuing a warning regarding the fire alarm lines. I specifically asked if the warning was possibly caused by low batteries. They assured me that the reason for the warning was very unlikely due to low batteries. I had agreed (on accident, due to numerous emails, which were confusing) to allow Fire Safety First to inspect my fire extinguishers. They charged $230. The problem, I had already had them inspected a week prior. Fire Safety First claims that they would only have done the "service" on the fire extinguishers if it had been needed. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! So called "Christian" company bad mouths other companies work like there employees work is so credible. To label this business a Christian company makes me question it even more. There prices are too high, get quotes from other companies before using this ones
