He noticed moisture concerns and explained how their Mold Removal Service could help prevent problems. He inspected my chimney cap and suggested a Chimney cap repair service through their Chimney Caps and Covers service. He also explained the Chimney Liners service and Smoke and Heat Shield service. Very helpful and courteous.
