Our line of baked goods include crusty, traditional breads, sweet and savory croissants and scones, hearty muffins, fresh baked cookies, frosted cakes, tarts, multi-grain granola, a variety of daily sandwiches, and holiday specialties. We proudly brew organic, fairly traded coffee and tea.

I had never heard about this bakery then I saw them on FB. We stopped by and picked up several different things to try... EVERYTHING was delicious! The Lime Macaroons were so, so amazing! The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Definitely going back!

We are in love with their scones and other baked products like the bread. We like the sweet type things but not too sugary or too syrupy sweet and these just hit the spot.
I love Fire Island Bakery so much! It's one of my favorite spot to stop and get a healthy meal. Everyone is always very friendly.
