Our line of baked goods include crusty, traditional breads, sweet and savory croissants and scones, hearty muffins, fresh baked cookies, frosted cakes, tarts, multi-grain granola, a variety of daily sandwiches, and holiday specialties. We proudly brew organic, fairly traded coffee and tea.

The staff is so courteous and diverse. It is a must visit on a weekly basis for me. The baked goods are world class and i am so grateful that we have such a great bakery in Anchorage.
Killer fresh baked Raspberry Scone! Deeeeelicious! And, a wonderful celebration of both of our birthdays, with Yeghsa. The owner is beautiful, warm, and genuinely friendly. Each time I have visited Fire Island, the food is never disappointing, delicious, and healthy. ������
I love their spring veggie sandwich and their chocolate chip cookies ! They also have very good coffee .
Fire Island made my daughter’s beautiful wedding cakes for her wedding last weekend. They were outstanding. A lovely polenta cake with raspberry filling, and a yellow cake with whipped raspberry frosting. They were both delicious and beautiful. I highly recommend them.
