Poor customer service and if u come by yourself they make u sit at the bar...
Great menu. Consistently good food and service. The only negative is the location. Due to being in a hotel they get a "varied" clientele, for instance people wandering in wearing shorts from the pool in the next room.
I loved it... Thinking about going there tonight... The food there is delicious and the atmosphere is the best.

Sam was our server & she was great. We had the flash fried spinach for an appetizer & it was wonderful. We both had the Ribeye & mine was spectacular. Jimmy's was thicker, so his medium rare was more rare, but they quickly threw his steak back on the grill to make it right for him. I can't wait to go back!
I absolutely love eating at Fire & Ice The food the service is spectacular. They all go above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking. My husband and I look forward to each time we are in town. Amazing people amazing place. Thank you for always making our dining experience the best. I also feel that 5* isn't enough
