Also sent to us by American home shield and screwed us over completely. DO NOT USE THEM! Barely looked at anything and quoted us several hundred but found out we'd have to pay over 10k. They wasted our time and money for shitty service and never even figured out the issue.
This company was assigned to us through American Home Shield and we had to buy a brand new unit. After coming out to install the air conditioner late last year it has finally been hot enough outside for us to run it. Of course the BRAND NEW UNIT isn’t working and this company refuses to come out and inspect what installation errors occurred without requiring we pay a deductible on a home warranty. This company appears to be involved in a fraudulent scheme with home providers, deliberately misdiagnosing HVAC units to ensure customers end up for everything while the warranty companies exploit. Their customer service is unprofessional and rude. They charge for work, leaving you to pay again for the actual issue. Exercise caution, as this operates deceitfully
Company lied about the service provided. Didn't complete the repair. Took payment and never returned to complete the job! So disappointing!
