This company appears to be involved in a fraudulent scheme with home providers, deliberately misdiagnosing HVAC units to ensure customers end up for everything while the warranty companies exploit. Their customer service is unprofessional and rude. They charge for work, leaving you to pay again for the actual issue. Exercise caution, as this operates deceitfully
Company lied about the service provided. Didn't complete the repair. Took payment and never returned to complete the job! So disappointing!
Do not use this company. I scheduled an installation two weeks in advance and on the day of they told me “oh no you’re on the schedule for tomorrow.” So I took ANOTHER day off work so I could have them come to the house that next day. They didn’t show up when they said they would so I called AGAIN. They AGAIN told me that “oh no you’re scheduled for tomorrow not today.” I told them that was not possible since I had a reoccurring appointment on that day of the week and I would never have scheduled anything for that day.
