I asked for the bruschetta, and nothing on the plate was crunchy or bright. Way to soggy, and service wasn’t good.

Hi Mike, Im very sorry to learn your grilled chicken with bruschetta tomatoes and risotto was served with bread that was not crispy, or bright. We certainly try to go above and beyond to achieve excellence and completely satisfied customers. Sometimes cooking dinner entrees at lunch time poses operational issues as certain broilers and ovens aren't warmed up yet. Although it’s no excuse, those struggles do exist. One of my favorite places! The staff is always very nice and go out of their way. My favorite things are the starburst martini, orange cognac salad, and the calamari appetizer is just perfect. Honestly, I have calamari everywhere and they just do something special with it.
We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday, everything was impeccable from the service to the menu to the final product! Great job!
