Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had. Actually there were 13 ppl in our party & no one enjoyed our barely warm food. My children were served raw meatballs. I politely sent them back, asking the waitress for another order of well done meatballs. (The waitress was wonderful btw) The chef had her come back out to tell me that they were sautéed & then cooked in sauce for 45 minutes. Ok, they were still completely raw in the center. Hi Jamie, I feel terrible to see you were disappointed.. I left a message with our number to call so I can talk with you. I only suggested to the server to let you know we roast our meatballs and slow braise in tomato sauce to make them tender and they have a red Hue as a result. We would have switched up chicken fingers easily but would have taken longer than replacing meatballs from the same braise batch.
