On the one hand, they saved me from homelessness by getting me a loan for a van I couldn't really afford. On the other hand, they lied on my application for financing and got me in trouble. I'm very grateful that I have a place to live but now I'm stuck paying off the loan on my old van. So, mixed feelings.
