Communication is horrible. Ram / Chrysler service department lack basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (suggested that a vehicle battery should be replaced every 36k miles?). 2016 Ram 1500 needed engine replaced under warranty. Upon picking up the vehicle there was an unusual vibration not caught by the tech's. Had another dealer diagnose the issue and found that they failed to tighten one of the motor mounts. Contacted the dealership to cover the repair cost as bringing the vehicle back was not feasible (I live 5 hours away)... read more

Great GM and good service.
Great service from buying to repair. Chris Morgan quick to get me in to have my car worked on. Found a couple bad a.c. hoses one was in stock other will be there Monday. Amy Perez in the office helped out a lot by giving my daughter a coloring book to help keep her entertain. And even though it's been a few years Thank Patty Johnson for helping us shop local in the first place and got us in our Chevy Traverse. Great group of people will defentally return on the next upgrade
