Awesome food and service as always � finleys is my favorite restaurant and love the service they are awesome �
I wanted to give them a try one last time. It was my birthday. Well food was not very impressive. Service was decent. Wait staff did say happy birthday and I did get my discount.
We called at 11 am ( our Dad wanted his favorite prime rib ) my husband and I have had a couple bad experiences here But Sunday beat them all ...... We were told a 15 minute wait um .. 45 minutes and after finally being seated ( not to mention the hosts in front never smiled and huffed and exhaled kinda louldey a lot ) all 5 of us ordered than 10 minutes later were informed that you ran out of prime rib a while ago !!!! Slow service, to no service. Waitress was not interested in helping
The waitress and beer were great! I got the salmon which had a rather large bone. My son got the chicken broccoli Alfredo which was cold when he received it. Food is over priced for the quality.
My party had 5 adults and 3 children. We came around 12:30pm for lunch on a Saturday. They weren't busy but our food took almost an hour to come out. Two people got the meatloaf that just tasted like ground beef. The rest said there was nothing special about their food. The home made kettle chips were burnt. The water glasses looked contaminated on the outside. Murky water dripping down the sides. Server didn't explain the delay until we asked and even then it didn't make sense. We stopped in Lansing on our way back to Ohio and thought we'd grab dinner at Applebee's but found Finley's instead. We are so glad we did! The food was amazing and our waiter was friendly. Loaves of hot fresh bread were a treat before our dinner was served. I had the chicken tenders and my hubby had the brisket burger. Both were delicious. We will stop again when in Lansing.
