AWFUL service! RACIST & rude waitstaff & horrible presentation on the food! Portion size is so much smaller and had to get up 5 times because my order was wrong & when I went to get a manager they didn't help or try to correct shit! Anything I asked about a plate they didn't know and got rude with me because I was asking questions. We enjoy Finley's and have for years. The problem is.... you're not consistent. One time it's absolutely fantastic and the next..... cold food and poor service. Anyway, this time I has smoked brisket and ribs. OMG! Delicious! Tender! Perfect. Our server was good, but overly busy with a large table. Finley's, you have a lot of BBQ competition in Lansing. Better get on your game so you don't become a Famous Daves.
I haven't been to Finley's in years maybe 15. I ordered prime rib, medium, and mashed sweet potato with a side of salad and hot bread. It was absolutely delicious and the waitress was wonderful. I strongly recommend this restaurant and I give it 5 stars.
