Usually we have a great experience, however our most recent visit wasn't the greatest. The waiter was either new or not good at their job. My steak was way under cooked and my son had to wait almost 10 minutes for his meal after ours was served.
We are always pleased with the food and the service. It is nice that they have 25 taps for beer but as usual (everywhere not just Finley's) the majority were IPA.
We celebrated my mom's 75th birthday at Finley's on October 1st. There were 17 of us and everyone was satisfied with their meals and said they would eat there again. The staff was very accommodating and our waiter, Max, was fantastic! He was patient, polite, and answered all of our questions. It was a wonderful celebration and my mom was very happy.
They do not know how to cook a steak that wait staff took forever never going back
My wife,son and I travel to Detroit about once a month, we've been looking for a place to eat Midway between Detroit and Grand Rapids. Stopped in there on a whim and am I glad we did. Generous portions,reasonable price and the food was great. Everything came out hot, Christian was on the ball, took excellent care of us. We will be making this our go to spot to eat between Detroit and Grand Rapids.
