Long story short- was sold a vehicle with a bad transmission, had to fight with them to get it replaced. We expressed concerns about the brakes at time of purchase and was told they were fine. Ended up spending $600 out of pocket for new brakes and rotors. First oil change we had done was just days after purchase and was told our battery was bad...another $160. We were assured by Larry their mechanics checked everything out prior to finalizing sale.
RecommendedWe wanted to say Thanks to Fink’s and John for such an amazing buying experience on our vehicle. We used their website to browse what we wanted. Went to the dealership and test drove it. Once we started the financing part, we did it online and worked with BJ for 10 minutes on it. No hassling from any of the individuals. It was so nice to not feel nervous to just walk around and look at the cars and no be hounded on. Thanks Finks!
I’m only giving those two stars because of Larry was nice and picked me from the hotel gave me a ride to the dealership. My experience was NOT good. They weren’t honest with me and the car had a lot of rust and problems and they didn’t even change the oil even though they know I will drive it back to Iowa which is like 11 hours drive! I really wish that I read the reviews here and there before I booked my flight and hotel. Very disappointed with my experience

You were sent many pictures and a video of this vehicle before you made the trip. It was also shared with you the condition and age of the vehicle. Titles are not able to be done on the spot in Ohio and the was never promised to you. The low price that you offered when you got Here was not possible. The discount you ask for before you made the trip was honored.
This is great dealership to do business with! I mainly worked with Chuck and he was great. I would recommend Finks to anyone that's in the market for a preowned vehicle!
Horrible place to even consider and I can’t even find my original review so here’s an updated 1 star because I can’t give zero
my daughter who is only 18 purchased her first car 1 wk ago, yes it was as is, but she was also only offered a drive train warrenty. one wk after this car will not start half the time, acts like no power at all. purchased a new battery. this did not fix it. called Finks, spoke to Larry and got informed " was as is" but they would speak to Mr Fink. 1 week old, this company sells trash, they do not inspect the cars and are willing to screw over their community. i would not recommend even looking here.
