In 1984, we opened Finish Line in Bakersfield, CA with the idea of creating a bicycle shop that carried the latest and finest cycling products anywhere, as well as providing the highest quality of customer service possible. Finish Line Bicycles is the worst place ever! Finish Line Bikes... Ha I'm finished with them. They totaly suck. I bought a bike from them was was half assed assembled and had to take the bike back three time. Each time I took the bike back it took two days to fix. Realy? Two days to tighten a rear hub. Two days to align the disk brakes and handle bars. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that the service was horrible. Terrible Service This was beyond the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner/manager of this company has zero comprehension of how to run a business. recommend I look around for specialty bikes. Bikes that have a different look and not everyone has. This place has a variety of bikes and for all price ranges. It does have some specialty bikes, but still not the ones that make me go wow. I would still recommend this store, they are so nice.
