Finish Line Bicycles is the worst place ever! Finish Line Bikes... Ha I'm finished with them. They totaly suck. I bought a bike from them was was half assed assembled and had to take the bike back three time. Each time I took the bike back it took two days to fix. Realy? Two days to tighten a rear hub. Two days to align the disk brakes and handle bars. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that the service was horrible. Terrible Service This was beyond the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner/manager of this company has zero comprehension of how to run a business. recommend I look around for specialty bikes. Bikes that have a different look and not everyone has. This place has a variety of bikes and for all price ranges. It does have some specialty bikes, but still not the ones that make me go wow. I would still recommend this store, they are so nice.
