We've been taking our German Shepard/ husky mix here for about 3 years and always have a wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly, understanding, knowledgable and compassionate. We always recommend them to friends and family.

I would like to thank Sherry for her compassionate care on the recent loss of my dog on Christmas Eve. A difficult time for all of us. This is a great place and I have been taking my animals there for years. They care for the owners as much as the pets and we all know how difficult a pet parent can be.

Wow! I am SO impressed with Finger Lakes Animal Hospital. I am a new client and what drew me in was Ashley's excellent service on the phone. When I frist walked through the door with my puppy Bentley everyone was so welcoming and I immediately had a calm sense that this is the place! The staff were so kind and they not only talk with you they talk to your animals. I new right away that Bentley would receive fantastic care.
