Today my pup turns 1. Three months ago I didn't think this day would come. Hank was so sick and in so much pain and we had been told by other vets that we may just have to put him down. And then a friend referred me to Dr Tyrrell at Finger Lakes Animal Hospital. Needless to say I am beyond greatful to her and the staff. They refused to give up on him. My experience was amazing. After finding an injured chicken they were very accommodating and squeezed me in last minute because I knew the chicken wasn't okay. They were very caring because they knew i was upset since she had to be euthanized. The staff was very professional and sweet! Thank you for making a hard day a little bit easier!! ��
Always so helpful and accommodating!! The staff is kind and understanding, especially when you are scared for your fur babies. The doctor's don't mind questions, even if you think the question might be a little stupid. Just want to help you and your pets! Thanks!
