110$ for just an a yearly exam. Last year it was comparable to my other vet it was like $65 for an annual exam now it’s 110. Now add vaccines on top of that. No other vet charges over $100 for a yearly exam

Our dog, Cheyenne, was very well taken care of by the entire staff at Finger Lakes Animal Hospital. We took her there when we first adopted her at 2 months old, and she's been a patient there all the way until we had to say goodbye last night. I can never thank the staff enough for being patient with us while we made the very difficult decision every pet owner dreads. Thank you for taking care of our baby girl. I'll always recommend this veterinary facility. ❤

Duke got a complete exam, and some tests that will help knowing how to treat him. Very positive experience
I love this clinic and have been a clinic for years . I absolutely trust their care. But I have issues with the current customer care. Half the battle is dealing with the customers. I have worked in such settings before. You may not like to deal with distraught clients and sudden emergencies and i get that. But part of the job espically when someone is paying a large sum of money for emergency care is not to add to the woes or make the vets job harder. We moved to Canandaigua from Las Vegas with our 10yr old Great Dane/Lab who’s health unfortunately took a sharp turn for the worst and we had to put him to sleep. The staff at Finger Lakes Animal Hospital went ABOVE AND BEYOND walking us thru this time and helped tremendously with us processing our loss and honoring our sweet boy!
