I am writing this review with great disappointment after giving Fine Turf a second chance, which I deeply regret. I had canceled my service with them some time ago due to previous poor performance. Despite that, they repeatedly called and insisted until I reluctantly agreed to give them another opportunity. Their most recent application of weed control and fertilizer severely damaged my lawn. We’ve been a customer of FineTurf Lawn Care for a year. Charlotte has been going through a heat wave and watering restrictions. We signed up for the drought defense service. I have to say it has been incredibly effective. Our lawn looks so good that I’m worried we’re going to have people question if we’re following the two days a week watering restrictions! We highly recommend this treatment for the dog days of summer!
After using other providers in the past, I was skeptical about trying another lawn care company, but Fine Turf has not disappointed. They have been extremely responsive, provide excellent customer service, and my lawn is looking great. Their website is very user-friendly, and the overall experience has been smooth from start to finish. Fine Turf is truly a role model for all service companies.
Called me a one off. Won't Airate and overseed. Call themselves a full service provider. If they can't do full service they don't want your business. Zero rating. Don't waste your time calling them. See Thier lame response. Would do every year. Cut one inch, thatcth, Airation and slit seed. They didn't want the business. Found someone else, who was thrilled to Service.
We have been using Fine Turf since they started about 10 years ago. Our yard always receives compliments and the technicians are always respectful and friendly. Today, John performed our monthly lawn service. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with.
