Excellent service with good communications
Oh my gosh! This is a HUGE shout out to Kasey @FineTurf. Talk about going the extra mile - she surely did! I had several questions on our upcoming full lawn renovation so I called the corporate office and was lucky enough to have Kasey answer the phone. She was able to QUICKLY answer our questions, find out a few answers that she did not have, update our account appropriately and provide me the full details that we were looking for. Kasey is truly a customer service ROCKSTAR! We need more Kasey's in the world.
These guys are great, my Yard has never looked better. They always text day if service. Plus make sure the gate is closed so yhe dogs dont get out. Brendan came out today and was finished before I had to go to work. Cleaned up the side walk perfectly too! If I could give it 10 Stars I would!
