We called Jeff because our six month old cat managed to get out of the house and promptly ran about 50 feet up a redwood tree. After trying to coax him down for several hours with no luck we started making calls to try to get some help. Owner, Jeff, called back the same day I called Fine Tree Care. He came to our property the next day to see the job site. And 3 days later, his crew of 6 arrived and worked a 9 hour day to complete the job. They were polite and efficient. I'm very pleased with the entire experience!
