RecommendedSo, I’ve never had a pool...bought a house last year and it has one...didn’t try to open the pool til this summer....and like most of yal in the area, I passed by that pool across the street from Lowe’s in Bessemer maybe a 10,000 times...so I decided to get them to help me with mine...they came out and did their thing...40ft x 20ft...8ft deep...it took a while to get a liner, pump, and filter in bc of Covid...shipping times extended of course...but they sent out a team to do the install....really quick process...and I went f... read more
We had our pool installed three years ago and we highly recommend Bessemer Fine Pools. Very knowledgeable and helpful when we come in to have our water tested and to purchase chemicals. We are always sold exactly what we need for our pool.
These people will tell you anything and mislead you to make a sale, then when you go pick up the pool (,yes on a pallet), you find out that you are then at the mercy of the installer, who tells you the same thing two weeks in a row, I'll be there next week , but what he's already been paid in the price of the pool so does he care. LOL.
Best customer service!!! Always helpful and so nice. They don't sell you something you don't need and are so courteous in explaining everything!!
