I used to recommend Britt to everyone. Not anymore! I can somewhat understand some delays...but THREE MONTHS?!?! Good customer service includes good communication. Texts and phone messages continue to go unanswered. A tentative installation date...comes and then goes! TWICE so far! Whenever installation does happen, I hope it’s to the level of quality we to get from Fine Flooring not this present quality.
RecommendedBritt is great to work with. He knows his materials well and makes great recommendations on types of flooring and installation. Brett did an excellent job on the installation of the subfloor and the tiles. I am so pleased with how the design came out and how nice the floor looks! I highly recommend Fine Flooring Design!

I had a scheduled measurement appointment for 3:45 pm Today. No one called or showed up. This is no way to run a business. I rearranged my Saturday to wait for a no show. I will take my business somewhere else �
