Dr Wang is a very caring professional and was responsive to my requests for multiple accomodations. I need breaks from sitting in chair due to scoliosis in upper back and arthritis in my neck. The staff were equally caring and professional, I feel les anxious about going to the dentist now. Many thanks!
The day after having my permanent crown put in, I received a phone call from Dr. Wang - not the office, Dr Wang herself. She was calling to see how the new crown was working out. It has been fine, no issues. I was most surprised that Dr. Wang would take the time to call me. In all the years I was with my former dentist not once did I get a follow-up call. Very clean office and professional staff. They are a great team. Dr. Wang is very thorough, caring and is great with answering questions and doing follow ups.
Everyone at Fine Dentistry By Design is wonderful. They work together as a team and make you feel welcome and that your dental needs are their biggest priority. Even though I need some additional work I'm not worried because Dr Wang explains everything and is so calm in how she approaches things.
Although I needed a new crown I got through the procedure with no problems. Everyone at Fine Dentistry By Design is very professional and concerned about your comfort.
